weekends vs weekdays
weekends and public holidays are reserved for weddings and group bookings. a minimum of 6 services are required in order to book these high-demand dates. weekends are booked up to 6-12 months in advance.
i am available all week days for events, shoots, hair colour appointments and weddings.
in-studio vs call out
i am a mobile artist which means i can come to wherever you are! but i do have a home studio for all bridal preview appointments as well as any other hair or make up bookings who prefer to come to me. any call outs are charged a baseline call out fee of R250, and R6 per km for upwards of 30kms.
terms + conditions

a 50% deposit is required in order to secure your booking. no date is secured without payment of the deposit.

your deposit is non-refundable. in the event of a cancellation at any point, the cancellation fee will be the equivalent of your 50% deposit.

weekend bookings require a minimum of 3 months notice for any subtractions. if this timeframe is not adhered to you may not subtract services from your booking. you will be responsible for the payment of all originally booked services.

cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be responsible for the full invoice. if payment in full has already been made it is non-refundable.

hollywood waves require a surcharge because of the time, skill and product required for this type of styling. it is your responsibility to communicate that you are booking for this type of styling so that adequate time is scheduled for your appointment.

group bookings will receive one invoice and one person is to be responsible for payments.

weekend bookings require a minimum of 6 hair and/or make up services. these days are high demand and booked well in advance.

additional artists will only be provided once my time has reached capacity or my minimum service requirement of 6 services per artist is fulfilled.

once an additional artist has been booked by glow, no changes may be made to your booking whatsoever.
